2 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut)
1 tbsp organic Manuka honey
1 shot of The Chia Co chia seeds
1 tbsp of Organic Burst Maca powder
1 tbsp of cacao
1 tbsp of a vanilla WPI protein (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl.
Melt all the wet ingredients.
Whisk wet ingredients into dry slowly.
Place mixture into moulds and set in freezer for an hour.
Enjoy! These little superfood bars are great for a treat when you feel like something naughty but it’s actually pretty healthy!
