Home made chocolate!
2 tbsp organic almond butter or peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp of rice malt syrup or honey.
Melt all wet ingredients
Mix in 2 tbsp of cacao and the pour all ingredients into moulds or on a tray.
Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat or quinoa.
Freeze for 30minutes
