Want a delicious bread that isn’t harsh on your digestive system.. It actually aids digestion.
Last week I was out to breakfast with @chloeawilson got offered zucchini bread with our meal. I promised Miss Chloe I would recreate a zucchini bread recipe.
This is what I come up with.. It taste amazing!! Haha.. I may have changed it up a little but taste amazing.. ππΌπππ
Recipe –
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup almonds (could use and nuts or none at all)
1/2 cup almond milk (any milk you prefer)
1/2 cup coconut flour (alternative spelt, buckwheat flour)
2 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp oregano
2 Cherry tomatoes
2 zucchini
1/4 cup macadamia oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 eggs (could use chia egg?)
Pinch pink salt
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric
Blitz all ingredients in my blender
Poured in loaf tin
Baked on 180 for 50min.
Enjoy warm or allow to cool for a salad sandwich! ππ΄π
