Sweet potato and egg bites.

RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sweet potato steamed and mashed
  • 1 carrot steamed and mashed
  • 4 organic free range eggs
  • 1/2 cup of organic oats or flour of choice
  • 1/4 cup of milk of choice

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
  2. Pour ingredients into mini muffin trays.
  3. Bake on 180degrees for 15-20min.
  4. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Perfect for snacks or breakfast for your baby or toddler.

Can refrigerate for 3 days in an air tight container or freeze for a month. 

Can add 3 tbsp of cheese if you wish.
