Manuka Honey + Coconut Cashews



Ingredients ✨


2 Cups Raw Cashews
3 Tbsp ManukaHoney
1 Tbsp Mac Oil
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp. Fine Shredded Coconut
Pinch of Sea Salt

Method ✨

  1. Melt honey, mac oil, coconut sugar and peanut butter.
  2. Allow to cool a little. Mix in protein blend if using it. Mix in cashews. Mix in salt and coconut.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place on baking tray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crunchy, allow to cool before enjoying. Store in air tight jar.
