Manuka Honey + Coconut Cashews

Ingredients ✨
2 Cups Raw Cashews
3 Tbsp ManukaHoney
1 Tbsp Mac Oil
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp. Fine Shredded Coconut
Pinch of Sea Salt

Method ✨
- Melt honey, mac oil, coconut sugar and peanut butter.
- Allow to cool a little. Mix in protein blend if using it. Mix in cashews. Mix in salt and coconut.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place on baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crunchy, allow to cool before enjoying. Store in air tight jar.
