Lactation Boosters.Β

This morning I woke up and decided to make a smoothie. Everyday I constantly think in my head, what can I eat to assist with feeding my baby. I usually have smoothies for breakfast as I can add quite a bit of ingredients to them and eat on the go or quickly. This is my recipe that I used.
My breakfast smoothie topped with @the.milk.pantry Mumma Muesli.
Smoothie – 1/2 frozen banana, 3 tbsp vanilla protein, 50g frozen blueberries, 50mls coconut water and a whole lot of crushed ice. Mixed in my mix and go blender. You can top with muesli of choice.

Now to my breastfeeding mums or mummy to be’s YES I take something to help my supply everyday. I find it truly helps to boost that bit extra when I feel my milk in low. Now I know sometimes it might not be the case, some LC state that your supply is always there for your baby but I truly believe these boosters not only bring my milk in for Cruz to have a field day with, but boost my confidence with feeding too.

I currently take a Milk and Cookies by Jewels bliss balls everyday, either as a snack or as a dessert at night. I have been taking these now since Cruz was 4 weeks old. Addicted! Occasionally I get treated to one of Jewel’s Chocolate Cherry lactation cookies. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ˆ Yum!

I have also brought some of The Milk Pantry  Mumma muesli to enjoy on my on top of my smoothies. It’s very crunchy and filled with lots of organic goodness. Perfect to add a bit more good calories to my breakfast too.

Both companies have been a absolute pleasure to buy from online. Great at responding to any questions you might have and fast delivery. Both businesses are run by super women! Inspiring other mummas to live their best life with their babies and children. Thank you for both having an impact on my life and my little Cruz.

I am currently a brand rep for Milk and Cookies by Jewels and if you would like 10% discount on future purchases please use the CODE – ALICE10 at the checkout.

How I started my day.Β

Morning walks with this babe and Evie.

Today we went for a walk through the bush. We seen some kangaroos, lizards and birds. Nice to get out and see Mother Nature.

Everyday I always do a fat burner walk, I walk on a empty stomach straight after I wake up. I take my puppy Evie and my baby Cruz.
I love wearing my Ergo baby 360 I use it everyday. I would highly recommend it to everyone. It supports your back correctly, while it is safe for baby’s spine also.
Happy Sunday everyone! Today I’m off to meet with my bridesmaids to plan my wedding! #showmehowyouhealthy
