Want a delicious bread that isn’t harsh on your digestive system.. It actually aids digestion.

Last week I was out to breakfast with @chloeawilson got offered zucchini bread with our meal. I promised Miss Chloe I would recreate a zucchini bread recipe.
This is what I come up with.. It taste amazing!! Haha.. I may have changed it up a little but taste amazing.. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸžπŸ†πŸ…

Recipe –

1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup almonds (could use and nuts or none at all)
1/2 cup almond milk (any milk you prefer)
1/2 cup coconut flour (alternative spelt, buckwheat flour)
2 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp oregano
2 Cherry tomatoes
2 zucchini
1/4 cup macadamia oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 eggs (could use chia egg?)
Pinch pink salt
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric
Blitz all ingredients in my blender
Poured in loaf tin

Baked on 180 for 50min.
Enjoy warm or allow to cool for a salad sandwich! πŸžπŸ΄πŸ†

Breakfast Loaf

The gorgeous @elleroseschoe made my breakfast loaf.. She added chia seeds, raspberries and coconut to the mix.. 250g uncontaminated oats or quinoa flakes
100g of vanilla protein powder of choice. (If don’t want to use a protein powder use 100g almond meal, vanilla essence and an apple)
2 organic eggs
50-100mls of coconut water
Vanilla essence

Blend all together, pour into a loaf tin.
Mix in 200g blueberries or 2 bananas or mixed berries or any fruit you wish
Bake on 180degrees for 35-40min.

Top with your favourite superfoods – chia seeds, pepitas, nuts, coconut OPTIONAL

Serves 5. Can freeze.



Zucchini pasta with homemade pesto.

Make Zoodles with the spirilizer.

Pesto is so easy to create, basil, fresh garlic, almonds and cold pressed oil of your choice – blitz it all and pour into your jar. Only need a tablespoon to coast the pasta.




Making Omelettes are my favourite.

It’s such an easy meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.



2 eggs blended with 50ml water.
Chilli flakes
1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese

Mix all ingredients together in the omniblender.

Heat pan
Add in..
4 olives
3 stalks of asparagus
3 Brussel sprouts

Pour egg mixture over the vegetables.

Heat until egg is cooked.

Clean vegetable soup!

Hi everyone!

Been mixing things up this week with foods and trying to get more vegetables! This veggie soup recipe is great for that. It’s made 10 servings .. Perfect to freeze for when you have nothing planned too. I been taking some protein to eat on the side for lunches.

Vegetable Soup recipe!
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
Macadamia oil 1 tbsp

Heat oil, chop onions and garlic cloves. SautΓ© in a big saucepan.

Chop up, 1 bunch spinach, 1 bunch kale, 1/2 a cabbage, 1 green capsicum, 3 zucchini, 3 carrots.

Throw into pot with garlic and onion. Cook for 15min.

Add in 4 cups of water. Bring to boil for 15min.

Add in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, paprika, chilli, curry powder, Himalayan salt and 1 tbsp basil.

Cook on slow for 1 1/2 hours.
