
Ingredients List
- 2 cups self raising whole meal flour
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. manuka honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 organic eggs or 3 chia eggs (if plant based)
- pinch cinnamon
- dash vanilla essence
- Literally preheat oven to 200degrees.
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender. Blend in till smooth.
- Transfer to baking tray.
- Turn oven down to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. At 45 minutes turn oven off and open door to check. Then close door with oven off for another 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy 😊.
