Cacao Bitesย 

Yesterday I made some healthy alternatives to chocolate (which I felt like demolishing a whole block of). .Recipe .

3 tbsp organic coconut oil

2 tbsp organic peanut butter (I used crunchy)

1 tbsp organic Manuka honey

.

Melt all ingredients and mix in 3 tbsp organic cacao powder. I also mixed in 1 scoop of cacao blast @harvest_industries protein powder (optional but I wanted some more protein in my diet). .

Pour mixture into cute moulds from Kmart or just on grease proof paper for bark. .

I sprinkled in some chia and linseed too. Can mix in fruit/ seeds/ nuts etc.

Because I have cravings.
3 tbsp organic coconut oil, 2 tbsp organic peanut butter, 1 tbsp Manuka honey. (Or whatever honey you want to use).

Melt.
3 tbsp mixed granola (I use the.milk.pantryย as I am using it to increase my supply for feeding). 2 X tbsp organic cacao.

Mix.

 

Place in freezer to cool and go hard. Enjoy responsibly ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ.

Clean Chocolate

Home made chocolate!

2 tbsp organic almond butter or peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp of rice malt syrup or honey.

Melt all wet ingredients

Mix in 2 tbsp of cacao and the pour all ingredients into moulds or on a tray.

Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat or quinoa.

Freeze for 30minutes

Enjoy!

Chocolate Chia Bars ๐Ÿซ

2 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut)
1 tbsp organic Manuka honey
1 shot of The Chia Co chia seeds
1 tbsp of Organic Burst Maca powder
1 tbsp of cacao
1 tbsp of a vanilla WPI protein (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl.

Melt all the wet ingredients.

Whisk wet ingredients into dry slowly.

Place mixture into moulds and set in freezer for an hour.

Enjoy! These little superfood bars are great for a treat when you feel like something naughty but it’s actually pretty healthy!
